Start with a question worth answering
We group questions by the decision behind them: suitability, price, process, eligibility, timing or next steps. A direct answer belongs near the question, followed by the detail a reader needs to assess it. Each page keeps a clear primary purpose.
- Use enquiries and sales conversations to identify real questions
- Check whether an existing page already owns the topic
- Answer directly, then explain assumptions, exceptions and sources
What an AEO deliverable contains
The deliverable is useful source content a business can stand behind. It can include a revised service page, a comparison table, an annotated example or a focused guide. Original operational detail matters more than repeating a generic FAQ across dozens of pages.
| Component | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Question and direct answer | Help the reader understand the main point immediately |
| Business-specific detail | Explain actual scope, conditions and next steps |
| Sources and update information | Make factual claims and changes easier to check |
| Relevant internal links | Connect the answer to a service, deeper guide or enquiry |
Structured data follows visible content
We check page types, organization identity, breadcrumbs and any applicable article or service markup. Markup describes what the page actually says. It does not create expertise, establish an office or guarantee a rich result. FAQ markup is used only for relevant questions that visitors can read on the page.
Measure discovery without inventing attribution
Useful indicators include question-led impressions, visits to answer pages, observed citations and completed enquiries. Search platforms expose different amounts of data. We record the source and limits of each observation and do not present a manually observed AI answer as a stable ranking.
