Information you choose to provide
When you request an audit or contact us, we may receive your name, work email, business name, city, website, optional phone number and the message you submit. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other confidential information through these forms.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to review the request, respond to you, understand service fit, protect the forms from abuse and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
Service providers and safeguards
The website uses hosting and database providers to store enquiries, Resend to email them to our team. Flor guides visitors to the same saved enquiry form. Your contact details and enquiry are shared with these service providers for that purpose. The private team inbox counts saved requests by form source; this does not use advertising cookies or store visitor browsing histories. We do not capture an IP address in the lead record.
Questions or requests
Use the contact page if you want to ask how your submitted information is handled or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
