Ownership, eligibility and identity

Confirm that the business is eligible, controlled by the right account and represented under its real-world name. Resolve duplicate or practitioner listings intentionally instead of creating more profiles.

Categories, services and attributes

Choose the most accurate primary category, add useful secondary categories, describe real services and complete applicable attributes. Do not add categories simply because competitors use them.

Customer-facing information

Keep hours, phone, website, appointment links, service areas and accessibility details current. Use tracked URLs where appropriate without changing the customer destination.

Photos, reviews and maintenance

Publish representative media, ask for honest reviews, respond in a human voice and assign responsibility for questions, updates, suggested edits and holiday hours.
